I love Charlotte Tilbury and I love an orange-red lipstick. So when I came across Charlotte Tilbury x Norman Parkinson collaboration had a Matte Revolution range in the shade 1975 Red I knew I wanted it.
Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution lipstick come in Rose Gold packaging. The bullet of the lipstick is squared off for an easy and precise application of the lipstick with out the use of a lip brush. The shape of the bullet makes it easy to get clean application around the corners of the lips.
The formula of Matte Revolution is nothing like normal matte lipstick. These are incredibly soft and moisturising on the lips and dry matte without looking or feeling dry. The lipsticks glide effortlessly, there is absolutely no tugging or dragging on the lips. The pigmentation is spot on, goes opaque in just one swipe. Like all matte lipsticks, this is long lasting and stayed on my lips for 6 hours and lasted through some light snacks.
1975 Red is a orange-red with warm undertones. It's such a universally flattering shade and I have been wearing it a lot lately.
I highly recommend matte revolution lipsticks. These are absolutely a delight. Worth every penny. Have you tried Charlotte Tilbury makeup?
